7. ICCM 2024 airport pick-up/drop-off service (for speakers only):

ICCM 2024接送机服务（仅限报告人）：
  • 1月2日起，ICCM 2024志愿者会着志愿者服装，手举ICCM 2024字样的标识牌在上海浦东国际机场T1/T2、上海虹桥国际机场T1/T2到达大厅提供指引服务。大会提供报告人机场出租车报销服务，请到达上海入住酒店后将出租车发票交至酒店大堂ICCM 2024注册台，确认身份后，工作人员现场报销。 如果没有足够的现金支付出租车，请联络机场志愿者，请他们帮忙预约网约车。
  • 如需要送机服务，请于出发前24小时内到酒店大堂ICCM 2024注册台预约送机车辆，送机时我们将根据出发人数进行拼车，请准时到达酒店大堂等候。

ICCM 2024 airport pick-up/drop-off service (for speakers only):
  • Conference staffers will be on duty, with ICCM signs and uniform, at the following locations starting January 2: the Shanghai Pudong International Airport PVG T1/T2 arrival halls; the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport SHA T1/T2 arrival halls. If you are an ICCM speaker arriving at a location above, you can ask staffers onsite for assistance. They can help you book a taxi at the airport. If necessary, you can get reimbursed for airport taxi fare, by giving the taxi receipt to ICCM staffers at the hotel lobby when you check in. If you do not have enough RMB cash to take a taxi, please inform our staffers. They can help book a taxi.
  • If you need a ride to the airport, please inform ICCM staffers at the hotel lobby at 24 hours before your departure, and give them your departure flight information. They can help arrange a ride for you, either by carpool or by shuttle buses.

6. Final Confirmation Details for ICCM Speakers

For ICCM speakers.

A final confirmation of details, including your lecture info, you hotel confirmation will be emailed to you about 1 week before the conference. Please make sure you have provided to us your latest information on your ICCM account.

5. Hotel Cancellation Policy

  1. Free cancellation if done 24 hours or more before arrival.
  2. One night rate will be charged if cancelling within 24 hours of arrival or being a no-show.

4. Registration fee fapiao

* The ICCM will issue a "fapiao" for your registration fee payment *soon after the conference.

3. Lecture Schedule

A preliminary lecture schedule is posted here https://2024.iccm-cn.org/schedules. Updates will continue until the conference opening on January 3. We can be reached at 2024iccm@simis.cn for any questions or concerns.

Payment Policies

Registration fee will be collected by a SIMIS online payment system.

The system provides domestic payment service with Alipay, WeChat Pay.

If these options are not available to you, you can pay by cash at the time of on-site registration on your arrival.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation must be submitted through the congress email (2024iccm@simis.cn) by email no later than November 30, 2024.

No refund for cancellation after November 30, 2024.

Refund will be made uniformly in the following month after the conference.

Cancellation request will be accepted via email only and must identify the registrantʼs name and university along with the application.

1. Progress report

This is to provide an update of our conference preparations. You can find the latest regarding the conference at https://2024iccm.simis.cn. We are happy to announce that at this point, we already have more than 150 confirmed speakers - exceeding our expectations. Our ICCM award selection committees have also determined the winners of this year's ICCM awards in 4 major categories, of which we expect a total of 35 awards.

If you are an ICCM speaker, and in case you haven't already, please login to your ICCM account to provide/complete some time-sensitive information we urgently need to prepare for your arrival, including your flight and hotel information, and your lecture information.
